Usage: call from docx_to_md import docx_to_md and run docx_to_md('input.docx', 'output_dir') in Python, or run python <skill_path>/scripts/docx_to_md.py "file.docx" on the command line (handle argument escaping yourself). Parameters: input_file is the .docx path; output_dir is optional and defaults to creating a same-named _output folder. Outputs: the converted *.md plus extracted image_*.png/jpg/gif. Conversion rules map headings 1-4 to #-####, ordered/unordered lists, tables and images. Requires Python 3.7+ and python-docx (pip install python-docx).
