What this skill does

These are personal health and device data. Install and authorize the CLI only on trusted machines, check where OAuth tokens are stored, and revoke access when no longer needed. Delayed device sync can make readings stale; check sync status before interpreting trends. Data does not replace medical diagnosis or professional advice. Requires an authorized Fitbit account and the fitbit-cli binary.

Profile published 2026-10-29

What you can do with it

  • Review sleep, heart-rate, activity, or breathing records
  • Check Fitbit device and data-sync status
  • Organize personal health metrics for the user to review

When to use it

  • When the user wants to review read-only Fitbit data
  • When authorization is on a trusted machine and OAuth tokens can be protected
  • When device sync is checked and data is not used for diagnosis

Example prompts

Generated from the skill’s documentation as examples; not results of actual runs.

Outline how to organize user-authorized Fitbit metrics with device-sync timing and data limitations. Do not connect to the account, read data, or provide a medical diagnosis.

The counting method changed in 2026-09: skills with the same name are now counted separately by author, and the full catalog is covered. Dashed lines show months before the change; they are not compared with later months, and no growth is computed across the change.
