What this skill does

It is triggered by the /weekly-synthesis command. The analysis runs in four steps: gather the week's work (all notes created and modified this week, projects with activity); identify patterns (recurring themes, common challenges, breakthrough moments, and energy patterns — what energized versus drained); synthesize learning (key insights that emerged, how thinking evolved, connections discovered, questions answered and raised); and assess progress (projects advanced, areas maintained, resources added, items archived). The output is a structured weekly note with Week at a Glance (notes created, active projects, major accomplishments), Key Themes (where it appeared, why it matters, next actions), Major Insights, Progress by Project (advanced, blocked, next week's focus), Questions Emerged, an Energy Audit (what gave energy, what drained, what to adjust), Connections Made (note-to-note and concept-to-concept links), Next Week's Intentions, and To Process (inbox items, orphaned notes, missing connections). Follow-up actions suggest archiving completed projects, cleaning the inbox, updating project status, and planning next week's focus. The accompanying skill-card warns that the agent must read personal notes and project activity, so it should run only in workspaces whose notes the agent may inspect and the synthesis should be reviewed before sharing, and that follow-ups like archiving, inbox cleaning, or status updates could change a workspace if executed automatically, so they should be treated as recommendations requiring approval.
