Ballet builds and runs automation for revenue teams: a user describes an outcome in chat and the platform writes the agents, the logic and the integrations, then runs the work at scale. Playbooks cover marketing routing and enrichment, sales-to-service handoff, CRM hygiene, support triage and collections, and they can be started from a Chrome extension beside the tab, inside Claude through a connector, or by tagging the Slack agent on a message. Runs are replayable, and every run, model and tool call is metered in a workspace usage view, with an AI gateway controlling which models builders may use. Deterministic code handles the parts that have to be exact, so the same input produces the same output.
