What is Inkroost
Inkroost is where indie comics, webtoons and manga are made and read. A creator can upload the pages they drew and publish them as chapters, or start from a story idea and have the AI produce reviewable comic pages in a chosen style, while readers browse and read free chapters without paying.
- 01Create with AI from a story idea, with looks such as American comic, Manga, Webtoon, Cartoon and European comic
- 02Reviewable output before publishing, so the creator keeps control of the pages that go live
- 03Continuity checks for uploaded pages and exports without the Inkroost mark on paid plans
- 04Reading and uploading your own art stay free, so a hand-drawn comic costs nothing to publish
- 05Credit system where one AI-drawn page costs 10 credits, with packs sold once and no subscription required
Plans start at $3.99 a month and credit packs from $5.99, paid once. One AI-drawn page costs 10 credits, about $0.30, so a 20-page chapter comes to 200 credits at about $5.99, and new accounts start with 30 free credits.
