What is NeverWrite
NeverWrite is a private knowledge workspace for small teams built around a plain folder of notes on the user's own machine, with no cloud vault, no account and no telemetry. AI can draft, restructure and research across the notes, but every change arrives as a proposal that has to be accepted, rejected or refined before it becomes part of the knowledge base. The workspace shows Markdown, PDFs, tables, terminals and several AI sessions side by side, supports tags, links and local search, and lets web research be clipped into the vault.
