Teika

Teika is a free and open-source speech-to-text notes app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It runs NVIDIA's Parakeet speech model locally on the phone, so it works in Airplane Mode, uploads nothing the user says, and costs nothing after setup. One tap starts a recording that keeps listening until stopped, and each transcription is copied to the clipboard and kept in an on-device library. The model downloads once after the user approves it, and transcription then runs entirely offline.
