What is Acta
Record Google Meet, Teams and Zoom without a bot. Get summaries, action points and role-based outcomes in Acta. Capture meetings without a bot. Get AI summaries, speaker-aware notes, decisions, and action items.
Record your Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom calls straight from Chrome, with no meeting bot joining the call. Acta turns every recording into a clear summary, action points with owners, and outcomes written for your role.
WHY ACTA
- No bot in the call. Nobody has to admit an "AI assistant", and the meeting looks exactly as it always does.
- One click. Join your meeting, click Start recording, and carry on talking.
- Stops by itself. Leave the call and Acta saves the recording automatically.
- Knows who said what. Speaker names come from the meeting itself, so your transcript and action points are attributed to the right people.
WHAT YOU GET AFTER EVERY CALL
- Summary: key points and decisions, ready to read or share in a minute.
- Action points: tasks and owners pulled straight from the conversation.
- Role-based outcomes: deal notes for sales, candidate evaluations for recruiting, requirements for product teams, and more.
- Speaker timeline: who spoke, when and for how long, alongside the full recording.
