AI Chat Transfer lets you save a conversation from one AI assistant and pick it up on any other — in seconds. Stop copy-pasting, stop re-explaining context, stop losing your best threads just because you need a different model.

Open a conversation on any supported platform 2. Click the floating button (bottom-right corner) and hit Save 3. Go to any other AI platform 4. Click the floating button again and select Continue Here 5. The AI receives the full conversation as context and picks up naturally

You can delete individual chats with the trash icon, or wipe everything by uninstalling the extension.
