What is Destava

From the Chrome Web Store

AI career manager in your browser. Saves and autofills job applications, reviews your LinkedIn profile, drafts comments and posts. The people who get ahead have someone working for them. Now you do too.

Destava is an AI career manager. That kind of help used to run $10,000+ a month on retainer. This extension is where your manager works alongside you in the browser: on the job sites where you apply, and on LinkedIn where people find you. It signs in with your Destava account, and every AI action runs through Destava, so what it knows about you lives in one place.

What it does today

Applying

Save a job from any posting in one click, with a match against your resume.
Fill application forms on company career pages and applicant tracking systems from the resume you already gave Destava. Anything it cannot trace to your own profile is left for you. You review, you submit. It never submits an application on its own.
Run a saved job search on demand and collect the matches into your tracker.
Ask your manager about the posting you are looking at, in a panel on the page.

Walk through your own profile section by section: a score, a plain summary, and concrete rewrites for the headline, about, experience, skills and more, saved to your Destava account for later.
Draft comments and posts that sound like you, from the post you are reading, with your own background as the source.

More arrives as updates. Applying is what it started with; LinkedIn came next. New capabilities land in this same extension, so there is never anything else to install.

How to start 1. Sign up free at destava.com with your Google account. No card, no trial clock. We open new accounts a few at a time, and an email tells you when yours is ready. The free plan includes 5 million AI tokens every month, up to 250,000 a day. 2. Install this extension. Once your account is open, it works through the same Google sign-in. 3. Open a job posting or your LinkedIn profile. The Destava mark on the page is your manager.

Privacy and access

On job sites, it reads the page only to find the posting and the fields to fill.
On LinkedIn, it reads only the profile or post in front of you, to review or draft. It does not read your messages.
Nothing is submitted, posted or sent without your action.
No data is sold. No third-party trackers.
Your work is saved to your Destava account and can be deleted at any time.

What's new in 4.2.23 ApplyEngine - AI-Powered Job Apply is now Destava - AI Career Manager. Same extension, same permissions, and it signs in with your Destava account. New: a panel on job pages where you can ask your manager about the posting; autofill that handles more kinds of application forms and leaves anything it cannot trace to your profile for you; and on LinkedIn, a section-by-section review of your profile plus comment and post drafts in your own voice. If you also have "ApplyEngine - AI-Powered Branding" installed, you can remove it — this one does that job now.
