What is Fellow
AI meeting notes, transcripts, recordings & action items for Google Meet and Google Calendar. Record with or without a bot. Fellow is your secure AI meeting assistant. Add the extension and Fellow captures notes, transcripts, recordings, and action items across Google Meet and Google Calendar, so you can stay present in the conversation instead of scrambling to write things down.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ RECORD YOUR WAY — WITH OR WITHOUT A BOT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Start recording from a button right inside Google Meet
- Choose botless recording (nothing joins the call) or send the Fellow bot, your call, your policy
- Live recording states: joining, recording, paused, saved
- Auto-admit and auto-record settings so the right meetings are always captured
Note: botless recording is powered by the free Fellow desktop app (macOS and Windows) running on your computer. Bot recording works on its own — no desktop app needed.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ NOTES, SUMMARIES & ACTION ITEMS — AUTOMATICALLY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- AI-generated summaries and full, searchable transcripts
- Action items detected and assigned with owners and due dates
- Take and view collaborative notes without leaving the call
- Everything saved to Fellow, ready to share

- Flip recording on or off per event; see which meetings will be recorded
- Badges surface open action items and events that already have notes
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ASK FELLOW ANYTHING ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Ask your AI copilot about past meetings and get answers with cited sources
- Recall decisions, owners, and follow-ups in seconds
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SECURE BY DESIGN ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Fellow is built for teams that care about privacy and compliance, and your data is never used to train AI models. Botless recording lets you capture meetings without a third-party bot in the room, and granular controls let your workspace decide what gets recorded.
