手动导出 ChatGPT 聊天为 ZIP、每日增量备份到本地文件夹，并在浏览器中本地预览已有备份。 Chat Archive Exporter for ChatGPT 用于把用户自己的 ChatGPT 对话备份到本地文件，并在浏览器本地只读预览用户主动选择的 JSON 或 ZIP 备份。
每日自动备份默认开启。扩展会在每个本地日期第一次打开 ChatGPT 时检查一次：当前账号首次运行执行首次全量备份，以后只备份新增或更新的对话。没有变化时不会写入任何文件。自动备份保存到浏览器默认下载目录下的 ChatGPT-Backups 文件夹，按聊天分开存放：每条聊天一个子文件夹，内含原始 JSON 与 Markdown；同一条聊天有更新时覆盖它自己的文件，不会堆积多个压缩包。自动备份不会弹出“另存为”窗口，但会为每个写入的文件产生一条下载记录，首次全量最多。
用户可以关闭或重新开启每日自动备份、点击“立即备份”、取消当前任务并暂停当天自动运行，或重置当前账号的匿名增量索引。
