What is Job Compass
AI-ranked LinkedIn job search, Easy Apply automation, and outreach to hiring managers — all in one overlay on linkedin.com. Job Compass is an AI-powered job-search assistant that lives as a floating overlay on linkedin.com. It plugs into the LinkedIn pages you already use and removes the busywork: searching, qualifying, applying, and following up.
What you get
- AI fit ranking. Upload your resume once. Job Compass scores every job 0–100 by skills, experience, and seniority match — so you spend time on the roles that actually fit, not chasing 500 listings.
- Easy Apply automation. Auto-fills LinkedIn's Easy Apply forms using your resume + a learning answer bank that remembers how you've answered each question type. Skips listings that need fields it can't infer; surfaces them for you to confirm in one click.
- Outreach campaigns. Find hiring managers, recruiters, and team leads at your target companies, then send personalized email sequences. Sends from your own Gmail (or a dedicated AgentMail inbox) — never from a shared address. Every email is drafted with full context: the role, the recipient's profile, your background.
- Inbox sync. Replies and bounces flow back into Job Compass automatically, so the funnel reflects reality.

- Free tier. 10 searches, 25 AI calls, and 5 lead lookups per day — enough to test-drive on a real search. Pro ($15/month) unlocks 1,000 searches, 500 AI calls, 200 lead lookups, and outreach sending.
Privacy & data
Job Compass only reads what's necessary: the LinkedIn pages you actively view, the resume you upload, and the campaigns you create. We never sell or share your data, and we never act on your LinkedIn account beyond what you explicitly trigger. Full policy at jobcompass.insightron.ai/privacy.
