What is Jobily
AI-powered job application assistant Auto-fill job applications, generate AI cover letters, and pass ATS filters - all from your browser sidebar.
Jobily is the Chrome extension that turns a 45-minute job application into under a minute. Set up once, apply everywhere.
APPLYING TO LOTS OF JOBS? Stop retyping your name, email, phone, and address on every form. Click Auto Fill and Jobily populates the entire application from your saved profile - across Indeed, LinkedIn, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and any other job board or ATS portal. One click. Every field. Every time.
- Auto-fill works on any job application form in your browser
- Handles split fields (first name, last name) and combined fields automatically
- Fills address, work authorization, date of birth, LinkedIn, GitHub, and more
- No data leaves your device during autofill - everything stays local
NEED TAILORED COVER LETTERS? Paste any job description. Jobily reads it against your resume and writes a cover letter that matches your actual experience to the role's requirements. No generic templates. No placeholders. Download it and attach it: done.
- AI cover letters generated from your real profile data
- Custom Q&A answers for application questions using the job description + your resume
- Each letter is tailored to the specific role, not recycled
- Download as a .doc file ready to attach

- ATS compatibility score (0–100) with a clear verdict
- Keyword gap analysis - see exactly which terms the job description expects
- Per-section rewrite suggestions you can copy and paste directly
- Use your profile resume or upload a different one for each check
