Wootflow enhances the Chatwoot customer messaging platform inside the browser with AI-assisted reply composition and embedded Kanban conversation management. From the Chatwoot editor, users can compose replies with OpenAI models, choosing a configurable model in the options page, so support agents answer faster without leaving the conversation. The embedded Kanban board manages conversations across Open, Pending and Resolved states in a 3-column layout of ToDo, in progress and Done, with drag-and-drop status updates that use an optimistic UI move plus an API update, and an inline priority control through a priority menu. The options page handles sign-in, the OpenAI key and model, a base prompt, and the Chatwoot API token. Privacy is preserved by design: the user's OpenAI key is used locally for AI requests, Chatwoot API calls use the user's own Chatwoot API token and session, and there is no analytics and no sale of data. The extension suits support teams that live in Chatwoot and want AI-drafted replies alongside a clearer visual pipeline of every conversation, from first response through pending work to resolution.
