It puts your usage limits one click away from any tab. Stop guessing how much ChatGPT you have left. Stop hitting "you have reached your limit" mid-task. Local-first and privacy-respecting. Works with every ChatGPT plan, including Plus, Pro, Team and Enterprise. LIVE USAGE TRACKING A circular gauge shows the percentage of your 5-hour session limit used, color-coded in ChatGPT teal when you have headroom and shifting to yellow, orange then red as you approach the cap. A second reading tracks your weekly limit, so you always know both windows at a glance. TOOLBAR ICON The toolbar icon shows concentric progress rings so you can read your usage without opening anything. Colors shift toward red as you approach your limits. At 90 percent and above the icon blinks to grab your attention before you hit the wall. Smart browser notifications fire at 75, 90 and 100 percent (configurable, all off by default if you prefer no interruptions). LIGHT AND DARK MODE Follows your operating system by default, with a manual toggle. Sharp small- text contrast in both modes. ACTIVITY HEATMAP A GitHub-style hourly grid shows when you actually use ChatGPT across the week or month. Spot your patterns. Plan around your limits. Work smarter. PRIVACY FIRST GPTKarma keeps your data on your device. Your usage history and settings live in your browser, in local storage. The extension reads your own usage data from chatgpt.com using your existing session (no password ever stored), fetches a public configuration file from tokenkarma.app, and sends an anonymous daily health ping (integer counters only, no identifier). No analytics SDKs, no third-party tracking, no fingerprinting.
