What is Mbalas
Mbalas is an AI sales assistant on WhatsApp for Indonesian make-to-order businesses such as catering, florists, custom cakes, wedding organisers, clinics, tutoring and printing. It answers incoming chats in the tone the business sets, calculates order totals and quotes, offers slots, and follows up prospects who go quiet until they are ready to transfer. Setup works by uploading a menu, price list, FAQs or old chat history so the assistant learns how the business itself answers, then connecting a WhatsApp Business number, with the team assisting the onboarding.
