The other three share one common base: full-text search, nested folders in a dedicated panel, the Prompt Library, prompt chains, Smart Tags, Context Mentions (@@), a Context Window Meter, message bookmarking, single and bulk export (TXT, Markdown, JSON, PDF, ZIP), and bulk delete. Your folder tree also renders live inside each site's own sidebar.

Each has something of its own. Claude adds an Artifact Vault that collects every artifact it generates. Gemini adds role and date filters to search. Grok works on both of its surfaces, inside X at x.com/i/grok and at grok.com, with one shared library across the two.

All three are optional and stay switched off until you turn them on from the popup.

• Add to a folder, or move it there: every place you file a chat offers both. Add keeps it in its other folders; Move takes it out of them, so "In progress" to "Done" is one step. On all four platforms.

• Find any tool by describing it: type what you want into the command palette in your own words, like "delete old chats" or "backup", and the right feature comes up, in your own language, accents optional.

• Export from inside the conversation: Export now sits in the conversation's own menu at the top, beside Move to Folder, Pin, and Tag.

FOLDERS AND CHAT ORGANIZATION · on all four platforms

Organize conversations, custom assistants, and projects into nested folders of any depth, with breadcrumb navigation, color-coded dots, item-count pills, and a Sort by (Recent, A-Z, Z-A, Manual) control on every level.

File chats with Move to Folder or with a folder's Add chats picker, drag a folder onto another to re-parent it, and star a folder to sort it to the top. Move a mixed selection of chats, subfolders, projects, and GPTs at once with a searchable destination picker. On ChatGPT, pin your most important chats to the top of the sidebar.

Your folders render as a live tree inside each site's own sidebar, with per-folder actions built in, and the tree hides itself when you collapse that sidebar to its icon rail. Prefer more room? Detach any panel into a floating window you can move and resize, and send it back whenever you like. The structure you build is saved to your account, so it is still there on your next device.

FULL-TEXT SEARCH · on all four platforms

Native search scans only conversation titles. AI Toolbox indexes the full content of every message, so any word or phrase from a months-old conversation turns up in seconds.

Filter results by role (your questions or the answers), by a date range you choose, or by exact match. Open the Must include / Exclude chip panel to require some words and filter others out, each field switchable between All (AND) and Any (OR) matching, with no query syntax to learn. Press Cmd+Shift+F (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+F (Windows) to open search on the page, or use the browser-level shortcut to search every assistant from any tab. Clicking a result jumps straight to the message with your term highlighted, and you can export just the passages a search matched.

One search box queries all four at the same time and groups the results by platform, each one a deep link that opens the conversation on the right site. Stop running the same search in four tabs. The Must include / Exclude panel works here too.

Local-first: matches come from an index on your device, and nothing from it is ever uploaded. One switch in Settings covers every cross-platform feature, and turning it off deletes the index.

Every conversation is tagged by topic automatically (coding, writing, research, math & science, business), so you can filter and find what you need without lifting a finger. Tags appear as colored pills with a count badge, and any built-in category you do not care about can be switched off so it stops appearing entirely. Write your own tag rules with your own keywords and colors. Detection runs entirely on your device and is tuned for all 12 supported languages, singular, plural, and gendered word forms included.

Cross-platform Smart Tags give you one view of tagged conversations from all four platforms, filterable by tag and title, and your custom rules follow you to every platform.

A small gauge above the floating toolbox shows how full the open conversation's context window is and warns you before the chat starts forgetting its beginning. It knows which model you are using and sizes the window to match (Grok's 128K and 256K Heavy windows included). When a thread gets too long, carry its context into a fresh chat in one click. On Claude and Gemini, a badge by the composer also shows how much of your usage window is spent and when it resets.

Export a single conversation, or tick dozens at once, as TXT, Markdown, JSON, or PDF, or as a ZIP of many. Export an entire folder, deeply nested subfolders included, as a structured ZIP that mirrors your folder layout.

Built-in retries, a live progress counter, and duplicate handling make sure nothing gets lost, and very large jobs stream straight to a file on disk, so a backup of thousands of chats finishes instead of running the browser out of room. Markdown ships with YAML frontmatter (title, dates, model, source URL), ready for Markdown-based note-taking apps. Even a chat thousands of pages long exports to PDF as one numbered document. PDFs carry a titled header, the conversation's own dates, a date on every message, and page numbers, and every format records a link back to the original chat.

DATA PRIVACY

Your conversations are cached locally in your browser (IndexedDB) for instant search and are never stored on our servers. Only your organization data syncs to our backend so your setup follows you across devices: your folder structure (cross-platform folders included), your saved prompts, bookmarks, tag rules, pinned items, and aggregate usage counts, encrypted at rest with AES.

Cross-platform search and Smart Tags keep their combined index on your device only. Nothing from it is uploaded, and one switch deletes it all. Context Mentions and the context handoff summarize only the chat you select, and the summary is not kept after that request.
