Visit https://chatgpt.com/#settings/Personalization and open the "Saved memories" modal
When the modal is open, click the MemPort icon in your Chrome toolbar
You’ll see the number of memories detected and an active “Export to File” button
With one click, save your memory as a local .csv file

(https://chatgpt.com/#settings/Personalization).

The "Saved Memories" modal must be open to enable the export.
If the modal isn’t detected, the extension will show a helpful message instead of running.

All actions must be triggered by the user—nothing runs automatically.
