TourConnect-AIとは
TourConnect provides access to your TourConnect tools across supported email and booking-system sites. TourConnect AI brings AI-powered itinerary creation and booking workflows directly into your existing tools.
Designed primarily for Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and supporting tour operators through booking automation workflows, the extension works on supported email and booking system pages, including Tourplan and other integrated booking systems, to transform enquiry emails into structured itineraries, apply pricing and rules, and streamline booking processes without leaving your browser.
By connecting directly to your TourConnect account, it enables teams to move from enquiry to itinerary or booking faster while maintaining full control over quality, pricing, and operational logic.
WHAT TOURCONNECT DOES
* Convert agent emails and documents into structured itineraries * Build and edit itineraries using AI within your workflow * Support booking automation workflows for tour operators * Sync with Tourplan and supported booking systems * Apply your company’s product data, pricing, availability, and itinerary rules * Continue workflows even when rates or availability are incomplete * Manage itinerary and booking processes without switching tools
HOW IT WORKS
ストアの説明の続きを表示▾
TourConnect AI activates on supported email and booking system pages.
When used, the extension may access relevant page content such as email text, booking details, attachment links, and Tourplan session data to deliver itinerary creation and booking workflows. This data is securely transmitted to TourConnect services over HTTPS to generate and manage itineraries, support booking automation workflows, maintain session continuity, and enable operational processes.
The extension is only active when enabled for these workflows and operates within supported environments.
WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING NOW
“Our consultants wasted hours every day simply data entering services, manually assembling bookings and quotes using the content of our agent emails. The TourConnect extension now takes care of the majority of this task, allowing our consultants to dramatically improve their service to the agents”. Kathy Turner, Across Australia (GoWay Group)
KEY CAPABILITIES
* AI itinerary creation from email enquiries * Conversational and UI-based itinerary editing * Tourplan and multi-system workflow integration * Custom rates and markup handling for expired supplier rates * Booking automation workflows for tour operators * Document and communication workflow support * Secure data handling and session synchronisation
REQUIREMENTS
