MailMates 是什麼
AI replies and action item extraction inside Gmail, powered by GPT-5.4. Custom writing instructions that Gmail AI doesn't have. Professionals spend 11 hours a week on email. Most of that is reading, re-reading, and writing replies that could've taken 30 seconds. MailMates sits inside Gmail and handles the tedious parts: drafting replies, pulling out action items, summarizing threads. You get through your inbox and move on with your day.
✦ FEATURES
✅ Action item extraction This is the one feature Gmail AI, Copilot, and every other email tool somehow doesn't have. MailMates reads your threads and pulls out tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups automatically. You stop forgetting things.
🎨 Custom instructions Tell MailMates how you write. Set your tone, your go-to phrases, how formal you want to be. It remembers, and every draft sounds like you wrote it. Sales teams use this to keep voice consistent across reps. Non-native speakers use it to sound like they've been writing English emails for years.
✉️ AI replies, powered by GPT-5.4 Open an email, get a draft. MailMates reads the full thread, not just the last message, and runs on GPT-5.4. Most tools use older or cheaper models. The difference shows up in the first reply you send.
📋 Thread summaries Long threads, summarized. Key points, decisions, what actually needs your attention. No more scrolling through 20 messages to figure out where things stand.

⚡ Built for Gmail It's a Chrome extension. You install it, open Gmail, and it's there. No new app, no migration, no setup wizard. Under a minute to get going.
🔒 Privacy Emails are processed in real time and never stored. No data retention, encrypted connections, minimal permissions. We don't keep your data because we don't need it.
✦ WHY NOT JUST USE GMAIL AI OR CHATGPT
Gmail has built-in AI now. It's fine for a basic reply. But it can't pull action items from a 15-message thread, it doesn't let you set writing instructions, and it won't keep your tone consistent across 50 outbound emails.
ChatGPT can write a great email if you copy the thread, write a prompt, wait, copy the result, switch tabs, and paste it back. That workflow falls apart after email number three.
MailMates does what neither can: → Extracts action items (no other tool does this) → Applies your writing instructions to every draft → Reads the full thread so you don't have to copy anything → One click, inside Gmail, done
✦ WHO USES MAILMATES
→ SDRs and sales teams for follow-ups, cold outreach, and keeping deals moving. Most save around 2.5 hours a day. → Recruiters handling candidate outreach and interview scheduling at volume → Founders who need fast replies without losing half the morning to email → Account executives keeping tone consistent across multi-thread deal conversations → Support teams writing accurate responses to tickets without starting from scratch → Freelancers sending quick replies that don't sound rushed → Non-native English speakers writing professional emails without second-guessing every word
