What AI Energy Tracker shows you: Your usage is displayed in watt-hours (Wh) per platform and as a combined total. To make that number meaningful, it's automatically translated into a real-world comparison. For example:

• Under 1 smartphone charge? You'll see what percentage of a charge you've used.
• More than that? It scales up through LED bulb hours, laptop hours, miles of EV driving, and eventually hours or days of powering a home.

Lifetime tracking: There are two counters. One is a resettable session total (think like a car's trip odometer). There's also a lifetime total that never resets. The lifetime counter also picks up historical messages from conversations you've already had with your tools, so your total reflects as much usage as possible.
